We use materials and components from top-ranked suppliers in the industry, and adhere to ISO9000 standards. For instance, we use SKF bearings, SEW's speed reducer, electrical elements from Siemens and Schneider, and ABB and Mitsubishi frequency converters. Jechen uses CNC processing machines and complete testing equipment to ensure the precise size and superior quality of our parts and components. In addition, our staff is highly trained to package the components of our HDF production line and particle board production line to ensure their safe delivery to each customer. These are key factors to ensure the reliability of our Jechen hot press and hot grinding machine as well as MDF production line.
